Early 1960's Silvertone 1410 Kay DeArmond "Cheese grater" pickup --- Transluscent lipstick red
The model 1410 was made in 1962 and 1963 in the evolution of different Silvertone makes and models to market; Same idea as new cars marketing. The very last of the next generation 1413's in 1966 sported the deco "paddle" headstock.
The raucus DeArmond "cheese grater" pickup and vibe of these guitars are allot of fun to play, especially at gigs and you can let it all hang out where raucus tones can really come alive in their element. Tone to the bone.
The GREAT tone of these guitars comes from their "cheese grater" pickup mounted on a slab of solid wood that is now aged and seasoned with playing vibrations.
One knob missing; Other knob is not original. I can install similar vintage style knobs at no cost if desired.
